Ten-Part Holistic Health Consultation Plan:  $450
     Initial 90-minute "get-to-know-you" session. I begin to understand you and "your story." This is very key in understanding how to approach your situation.   I also will explain how I plan to be addressing your needs. Then, I will go over what we will be focusing on in the next nine 60-minute sessions. The total would normally come out to $585 ($130 savings in this package). If you would like to spread the payment out, you will sign a contract with a 5-part-payment plan of $90 each. Your credit card information will be in the contract, allowing a $90 payment to be made at the time of each of your first five visits, which can range from once a week to once a month.  It would then be paid in full and you owe nothing for the 5 remaining visits. 


Initial Colon Cleanse (women and children; men will be serviced when accompanied by relatiave or caregiver) - 90 minutes to 2 hours: $90

Any Follow-up Colon Cleanse - 60-90 minutes: $45

Get together a group and schedule your own class! Only $35 for up to 5 students.  Movement, Breath and Balance is an alternative to Eastern Yoga. Come spend an hour with me working on improving flexibility, balance, core strength and muscle toning. We will also focus on deep breathing techniques and relaxation. Once you register, you will receive an individual  90-minute Holistic Health Consultation ($90 value.)  Based on the preferred times of the participants, (10 minimum), there will be a set schedule of group sessions, which will meet at Alicia's, Massage & Wellness Center giving you choices of day-time, evenings and weekends throughout the eight weeks, usually four per week.  These two-hour sessions will include instruction in 0-impact exercising, diet, food prep and more, as well as sharing time for those who wish to share their struggles and accomplishments and tips.  This entitles you to an exit consultation at the end of the eight weeks, also.  You will also receive $150 worth of products at the onset (foods, all natural supplements, custom handbook/journal, and the book NOURISHING TRADITIONS).  You will also receive Kangen water throughout this time.  You will not need to come to all 4 sessions per week, but you may if you are able.  For best results, you should be able to come to at least two of them, thus, the different options. 

Fee:  $450

This can be paid in two installments; $250 at registration and $200 in two weeks.  The second payment can be made in the form of a check, post dated for 2 weeks, or  by registering your credit card number with the office and agreeing that your account will be charged $200 at the two week mark. (You will receive a discount of $25 if you pay it all at the onset, making the fee $425)

Amended versions:  If you get a group of at least 3 together, who will meet at the same days, just once per week, we can keep everything else the same.

If you want to do it on your own, it will cost $600, and we can stretch it out a bit longer by skipping a week here or there, but it will still be 8 sessions and the consults.

Individual Program (one participant or two participants who know each other):  $525 if paid in two installments of $300 and $225, or $500 all at the onset. The description is the same as above, but the fee is greater, due to the individualized counseling throughout.   You will be allowed to make 1 appointment per week,  as your personal schedule allows, for 8 weeks.  Each will last 60 minutes, except for the first, which is for 90 minutes.
